Refund Policy
All of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy, if your product is faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns for items based on preference. However, we would like to make sure you are happy with your purchase, so please send us an email about any issues.
Some items may not be required to ship back. We may accept a picture showing what was wrong with the item. Please contact us about any issues, so that we may determine how to proceed.
If we do require the goods to be returned, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the shipping label.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
* It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty, damaged, or the wrong size. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for faulty or damaged goods.
